The Skud Jou Vleis Braai Kompetisie is a community-driven fundraising event supporting the President Kruger Children's Home.

Event Participation
3.1 Algemene Deelname

Alle deelnemers woon by en neem deel op eie risiko.
All participants attend and participate at their own risk.
Die organiseerders, komiteelede, vrywilligers, borge, venue-eienaars en affiliasies sal nie aanspreeklik gehou word vir nie:
The organisers, committee members, volunteers, sponsors, venue owners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:
- Beserings
- Injury
- Verlies
- Loss
- Diefstal
- Theft
- Skade aan eiendom
- Damage to property
- Ongelukke of vertragings
- Accidents or delays
- Persoonlike skade of dood
- Personal harm or death
- Enige indirekte of gevolglike skade wat uit deelname aan die Geleentheid spruit
- Any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Event
3.2 Spanisnskrywings
3.2 Team Entries
Braai-span-inskrywings word slegs bevestig nadat die registrasievorm voltooi is en volledige betaling ontvang is. Die organiseerders behou die reg voor om enige inskrywing te weier of te kanselleer.
Braai team entries are only confirmed once the registration form has been completed and full payment has been received. The organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any entry.
3.3 Kinder Braai Kompetisie
3.3 Kids Braai Competition
Kinders wat aan die Kinder Braai Kompetisie deelneem, doen so onder ouerlike of voogdelike verantwoordelikheid. Kinders van 5–7 jaar moet te alle tye deur 'n volwassene bewaak word. Ouers en voogde aanvaar volle verantwoordelikheid vir die veiligheid en gedrag van deelnemende kinders.
Children participating in the Kids Braai Competition do so under parental or guardian responsibility. Children aged 5–7 years must be supervised by an adult at all times. Parents and guardians accept full responsibility for the safety and conduct of participating children.

4.1 Inskrywingsgelde
4.1 Entry Fees
Alle pryse, borgskapsfooi, verkopersfooie en kaartjiepryse wat op die webwerf vertoon word, is onderhewig aan verandering sonder kennisgewing.
All pricing, sponsorship fees, vendor fees, and ticket prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

- Social media coverage

Die organiseerders mag enige foto's, video's, opnames of media-inhoud wat tydens die Geleentheid vasgelê is, gebruik vir bemarking, promosieveldtogte, sosiale media, toekomstige geleentheidsadvertensies en openbare betrekkinge. Geen vergoeding sal vir sodanige gebruik betaalbaar wees nie.
The organisers may use any photos, videos, recordings, or media content captured during the Event for marketing, promotional campaigns, social media, future event advertising, and public relations purposes. No compensation will be payable for such use.
Borgskap & Handelsmerk
Sponsorship & Branding
Borge stem in dat borgskapsvoordele onderhewig is aan beskikbaarheid en geleentheidslogistiek. Handelsmerkoorsigtelikhede kan wissel na gelang van operasionele vereistes. Borge mag nie onwettige, aanstootlike, politiese of onvanpaste bemarkingsaktiwiteite tydens die Geleentheid aanpak nie.
Sponsors agree that sponsorship benefits are subject to availability and event logistics. Brand exposure opportunities may vary depending on operational requirements. Sponsors may not engage in unlawful, offensive, political, or inappropriate marketing activities during the Event.

Food, Fire & Safety
Deelnemers wat vure, gasuitrusting, braaiers, messe of kookgerei gebruik, moet:
Participants using fires, gas equipment, braais, knives, or cooking equipment must:
- Alle veiligheidsinstruksies volg;
- Follow all safety instructions;
- Voldoen aan venue-veiligheidsvereistes;
- Comply with venue safety requirements;
- Te alle tye verantwoordelik optree.
- Behave responsibly at all times.
Die organiseerders behou die reg voor om enige deelnemer wat gevaarlik, roekelose, aggressief of onwettig optree, te verwyder.
The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant behaving dangerously, recklessly, aggressively, or unlawfully.

Geen onwettige middels, gevaarlike wapens of onwettige aktiwiteite sal toegelaat word nie.
No illegal substances, dangerous weapons, or unlawful activities will be permitted.

Die Geleentheid is weerafhanklik. Die organiseerders sal nie aanspreeklik wees vir kansellasie, uitstel, vertragings of veranderinge veroorsaak deur nie:
The Event is weather dependent. The organisers shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, delays, or changes caused by:

- Brand of vloed
- Fire or flood
